99ba Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&Cs") govern the relationship between 99ba (hereinafter "the Company," "we," "us," or "99ba") and any natural person who registers, accesses, browses, or uses the 99ba platform at 99ba.vu and any associated mobile or web applications (hereinafter "the Platform," "the Website," or "the Service").

By registering an account with 99ba, making a deposit, placing a wager, participating in a promotion, or accessing any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you (hereinafter "the Player," "User," or "you") unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by 99ba, including but not limited to: sports betting (cricket, PSL, football, racing, and all other sports markets), live in-play wagering, casino games, live dealer table games, slot machines, jackpot games, virtual sports, and all promotional and bonus programmes.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, the more specific document shall prevail with respect to the specific subject matter it governs. Otherwise, these Terms take precedence.

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to and use of the 99ba Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account or using any service on the Platform, you confirm and warrant that you are 21 years old or older. 99ba reserves the right to request proof of age at any point and to suspend or close any account where satisfactory age verification cannot be provided.

2.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that using the 99ba platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wager. 99ba makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the Platform.

2.3 Additional Eligibility Conditions

In addition to the age requirement, to be eligible to open and maintain a 99ba account you must:

• Be acting as a private individual and not on behalf of any business entity;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 99ba or any of its affiliate companies, game suppliers, or technology partners;
• Not be registered under a self-exclusion programme at 99ba or any comparable gambling self-exclusion scheme;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction;
• Not have had a previous 99ba account closed for breach of these Terms.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account with 99ba at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or using proxy devices — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 99ba will close all associated accounts, void all wagers, and forfeit any balances pending investigation and at our sole discretion.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your account. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or other valid government-issued identity document, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and payment method details.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

99ba is required under its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any time, but particularly before processing withdrawals above applicable thresholds:

• A clear copy of your valid CNIC (preferred), Pakistani passport, or driver's licence;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or similar document dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing matching name);
• A selfie holding your identity document, upon request.

Failure to provide KYC documentation when requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of withdrawal processing until verification is completed.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99ba login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. 99ba will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such loss arises from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 99ba immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

99ba accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, and bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and other approved financial institutions. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on your behalf by another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly under normal operating conditions.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit or to a method registered in your verified name. 99ba reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before approving any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times are:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: within 30 minutes to 24 hours under normal conditions;
• Bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank): 1–3 business days;
• Raast and 1LINK: within 24 hours under normal conditions.

99ba reserves the right to carry out additional security checks for withdrawals above applicable thresholds, which may extend processing times. We will communicate any such delays to you via your registered contact details.

4.4 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal via your bank or mobile wallet provider in respect of a deposit made to your 99ba account constitutes a breach of these Terms. In such an event, 99ba reserves the right to immediately suspend your account, demand repayment of any amounts subject to the chargeback, and pursue recovery through all available legal means.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives offered by 99ba are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. These Terms govern generally; promotion-specific terms govern with respect to any matter specific to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a 99ba account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible game contributions will be stated in the promotion-specific terms. Bonus funds will not be converted to withdrawable cash until the stated wagering requirement is satisfied in full.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to placing offsetting bets to guarantee a low-risk withdrawal of bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting software, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonus voided, their winnings forfeited, and their account suspended pending investigation. 99ba reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion what constitutes bonus abuse.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins credited to your 99ba account will expire if not used within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds will be removed from your account automatically without notice. Real-money balances are unaffected by bonus expiry.

5.5 99ba's Right to Modify Promotions

99ba reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without notice. If a promotional offer is withdrawn after you have opted in but before you have satisfied the associated conditions, 99ba will act fairly and reasonably in determining the outcome, which may include honouring a proportionate benefit or returning qualifying deposits.

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the 99ba Platform are final and binding once confirmed. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of each selection, stake, and market before confirming a wager. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number issued, the bet may not be cancelled or amended by the player.

6.2 Void Bets

99ba reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the bet was accepted due to a manifest error in the odds; (b) the market was suspended at the time the bet was placed; (c) the event to which the bet relates was cancelled, abandoned, or otherwise did not take place within a defined time window as stipulated by applicable rules; or (d) there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity concerns relating to the relevant event.

6.3 Cricket & PSL Specific Rules

For PSL and international cricket markets, 99ba's cricket betting rules — which govern scenarios including rain interruptions, DLS method adjustments, abandoned matches, toss-related bets, and player-specific markets — are published on the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any discrepancy, the specific cricket rules prevail with respect to cricket markets.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

99ba applies maximum single-event and aggregate weekly winnings limits across sports betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant market pages. 99ba reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted on any individual market or from any individual player at its sole discretion, including without prior notice.

6.5 Disputes

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be submitted to 99ba's customer support team within 30 days of the event's conclusion. Disputes received after this window will not be accepted. 99ba's decision on bet settlement disputes, made after reviewing all available evidence, is final and binding.

All casino games and slot titles available on the 99ba Platform — including but not limited to live dealer games, RNG table games, video slots, jackpot titles, and specialty games — operate under certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game's published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage is an independently verified statistical average calculated over an extended operational period and does not represent a guaranteed individual outcome.

99ba sources its casino games from licensed third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, and others. The rules of each individual casino game are displayed within the game interface. By placing a wager in any casino game on the 99ba Platform, you confirm acceptance of the rules applicable to that specific game.

In the event of a software or technical malfunction during a live dealer game or slot session, all affected bets will be subject to investigation and may be voided. 99ba will not be liable for losses arising from game interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network failures, power outages, or third-party software malfunctions.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 99ba Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balances and winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any strategy designed to exploit pricing errors at scale;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in casino games, poker, or any other multi-player format;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through the Platform, including making deposits with no intention to wager the funds;
• Initiating chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's technology infrastructure;
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose under applicable law.

9.1 99ba's Right to Restrict Accounts

99ba reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has breached these Terms; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform; or (d) such action is required by regulatory obligation or law enforcement request.

9.2 Player-Initiated Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 99ba account at any time by contacting our customer support team. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, 99ba will process your self-exclusion request immediately and ensure that you are not contacted with marketing communications. Any outstanding withdrawable balance will be processed to your nominated payment method following standard verification procedures.

9.3 Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure — whether initiated by 99ba or by the player — all pending bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances that are legitimately held and not subject to forfeiture due to breach of these Terms will be returned to the player following completion of applicable KYC checks and audit procedures.

99ba is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. All players are required to be 21 years of age or older. 99ba provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible at all times from your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and are subject to a cooling-off period when increased;
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Betting will be suspended once the limit is reached;
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual sessions on the Platform;
• Reality Check Notifications: Receive periodic reminders of time spent and net position during active sessions;
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the Platform for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to permanent. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately. During a self-exclusion period, 99ba will not accept any deposits or wagers from the excluded account and will remove the account from all marketing communications.

All content on the 99ba Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and all other original works — is the intellectual property of 99ba or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, create derivative works from, or exploit any content from the 99ba Platform without prior written consent from 99ba.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ba shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, loss of opportunity, or any other intangible losses.

99ba makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 99ba's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of all claims arising from or in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits 99ba's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming licensing standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99ba is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and 99ba, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team, as the majority of disputes can be resolved quickly and informally. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the dispute resolution procedures set out under 99ba's licensing jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause prevents 99ba from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where required to protect its legitimate interests.
